Category Expertise

From high-volume stationery to oversize freight—our warehouse scales with your catalog.

The West Coast Routing Advantage

Located strategically in Rancho Cordova, California, our facility is perfectly positioned for sellers importing goods through major West Coast ports. By routing your inbound freight directly to our Sacramento-area warehouse, you reduce domestic transit times, cut down on freight forwarding costs, and get your inventory checked in to West Coast Amazon and Walmart fulfillment centers significantly faster.

Specialized Category Expertise

Not all inventory is created equal, and generic prep centers often struggle with complex catalogs. Our California warehouse is equipped to scale and manage massive, multi-category catalogs effortlessly. Whether you are routing high-volume shipments of stationery and office supplies that require meticulous barcode matching, or you need specialized, heavy-lifting prep for oversize furniture and industrial goods, our facility is built to handle your specific inventory needs.

Complete Prep & Routing Capabilities Under One Roof

We do not just slap labels on boxes. Our warehouse team provides end-to-end inspection and preparation to ensure your shipments flow seamlessly into Amazon and Walmart networks.

Thorough Receiving & Inspection

The moment your inventory arrives from your suppliers, we verify unit counts and perform a baseline physical inspection to catch visible damage or packaging flaws before they reach your customers.

Compliant Barcoding & Labeling

A single blurry barcode can stall an entire shipment. Our team utilizes commercial-grade thermal printers to apply Amazon FNSKUs directly over manufacturer barcodes, ensuring perfect scans at the fulfillment center. For Walmart WFS, we verify and apply the required 12-digit UPC or 14-digit GTIN labels.

Secure Packaging & Polybagging

We use platform-approved materials to protect your items in transit. If an item requires polybagging, we ensure it meets the strict 2mil thickness requirement and apply the mandatory suffocation warnings for bags with a 5-inch opening or larger.

Kitting, Bundling, & Returns Processing

Looking to increase your average order value through multi-packs? We offer precise kitting and bundling services. We also process inbound returns, inspecting items to determine what can be safely prepped and resold.

Products, Brands, and Real Supply Chain Strength

We do more than prep. We also help sellers source products through our wide brand network. That gives you a steady supply and fair pricing.

Our goal stays simple: help you grow without stress—keep things clear and keep things moving.

Why Sellers Choose SN International LLC

At SN International LLC, we are more than a prep provider—we are a fulfillment partner that scales with your business.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our 3PL Prep Services

What exactly is included in the $0.30/unit standard prep service?

Our flat rate covers the complete standard prep cycle: receiving your inventory at our CA warehouse, unit counting and basic damage inspection, applying Amazon FNSKU or Walmart UPC labels, standard polybagging with required suffocation warnings, and applying the final shipment/carton labels to the outbound boxes.

How do I submit my inventory for prep?

Purchasing and routing is simple. Buy your inventory from any supplier and have it shipped directly to our warehouse. Then, use the secure CSV upload tool on this page to provide your ASINs (for FBA) or UPCs (for WFS) alongside the quantities. Once the items arrive, you supply the platform shipping labels, and we handle the rest.

What fulfillment centers do you ship to?

We prep and route shipments to all Amazon FBA fulfillment centers and Walmart WFS warehouses across the United States. Your inventory is routed exactly based on the destinations assigned in your platform shipment plans.

Do you offer rush processing?

Our standard turnaround is 72 hours for standard-size units once received. If you are facing an urgent restock deadline, contact our team. Rush processing is often available depending on our current warehouse workflow and the type of prep required.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our pricing is transparent. The $0.30/unit covers standard-size prep. If your items require non-standard prep (oversize, fragile, hazmat, or complex bundling), we will notify you immediately and provide an itemized quote before any work begins.

Do I need FNSKU labels if my product already has a UPC?

Yes. Starting March 31, 2026, Amazon requires resellers to use Amazon-specific FNSKU barcodes for new shipments, regardless of existing manufacturer UPCs. Our team handles this complete relabeling process for you to ensure compliance.

What happens if resellers send inventory without Amazon barcodes after March 31, 2026?

Amazon will classify inventory received without proper FNSKU barcodes as defective. This can lead to rejected shipments, costly return fees, and account penalties. We ensure your items are 100% compliant before they ever leave our dock.

Where do I get my Amazon FNSKU labels?

You generate these directly from your Amazon Seller Central account during the shipment creation process (under "Label Products") or from your Manage Inventory dashboard. You simply send us the PDF file, and we handle the printing and application.

Where should the FNSKU label be placed?

Amazon requires that FNSKU labels completely cover the original manufacturer barcode (UPC/EAN). Our prep team meticulously places these labels to ensure only the correct Amazon barcode is scannable at the receiving center, preventing inbound errors.

What labels are required on Amazon shipment boxes?

In addition to the standard carrier shipping label (like UPS or FedEx), Amazon requires a unique FBA Box ID label on every single carton. We print and apply both of these as part of our final outbound workflow.

Do you support pallet (LTL/FTL) shipments to Amazon?

Yes. If your shipment plan requires pallets, our warehouse team will build, wrap, and apply the mandatory four-sided pallet routing labels required by fulfillment centers.

When is polybagging required for Amazon, and what warning is needed?

Polybagging is mandated for items like apparel, plush goods, or products prone to leaking or gathering dust. Any polybag with an opening of 5 inches or larger must feature a visible suffocation warning. We supply platform-compliant bags and ensure all warnings are present.

What barcode does Walmart WFS require on products?

Walmart WFS strictly requires a scannable 12-digit UPC or 14-digit GTIN on every sellable unit. They do not accept Amazon FNSKUs. We verify the correct product identifiers are in place for all your WFS-bound inventory.

Does Walmart WFS require labels on master cases or pallets?

Yes, Walmart requires each master case and pallet to have a specific receiving label featuring a shipment ID generated from Seller Center. Our team prints and applies these to ensure smooth WFS check-in.

Should price tags or retailer-specific stickers be removed for Walmart WFS?

Absolutely. Walmart strictly prohibits existing price tags or competitor retail stickers on WFS inventory. As part of our prep service, we carefully remove or cover these before shipping.

What if my barcode labels are blurry or won't scan?

Unreadable labels cause immediate inbound delays. We use commercial-grade thermal printers to guarantee every FNSKU, UPC, and Box ID label we apply is crisp, smudge-proof, and easily scannable by warehouse lasers.

Can I ship inventory from any supplier?

Yes! As an independent 3PL, we receive shipments from any manufacturer, wholesaler, or distributor globally. You simply direct your suppliers to ship your goods to our Rancho Cordova facility for processing.

Can you help if I can't submit the CSV?

We are here to help keep your supply chain moving. If you experience any issues generating or uploading your ASIN/UPC lists, reach out to our support team directly.
